The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 家属选的下饭电影，剧情略尬，比起男女主角，我居然觉得那只小黄狗挺好玩儿～才发现居然是今年的新电影，陪人吃饭时候乐呵下还成，院线或独处的话，大概率不会看～
设定还不错，王彦霖演技挺好的，就是故事讲的生硬，焦俊艳可以换个发型
黄子韬唱歌真的不错噢。

没有宏大的场面，低成本的制作像是看了一个短篇故事。本片精彩的地方在于男女主角和绑匪三人的对话，对话显露出因身份和阶层不同而产生的思想冲突。园丁的出现让剧情有了戏剧性的转折点，这里能看出各人的内心是不是良善。结局是个反转，但又没有清晰地交代女主的动机。本片不算惊悚，倒是有点黑色幽默。
