The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 老年组三人和年轻组三人在表情上竟有微妙的重叠。。野甜甜弹吉他那段狠戳，但好人都是男二不是吗。虽然翻资料发现泽田研二老先生年轻的时候好帅，但结尾致敬志村健确实让人觉得可惜了。

说戏时的台本画面展现有点意思。

导演写给家乡的一封情书吧…但是我个人不太能共情...
这部电影的厉害之处在于，仅用两个小时就打消了我想嫁给菅田将晖的念头
欲言又止的美，結局來得太晚，年輕時的奶奶真美。把我哭慘。
潦倒的中年男人又一次为自己的失败找到了借口，很同意最伟大的的确是他的妻子和家人：）当然也因为他的电影事业失败了，所以才值得一生怀念。喜剧效果还可以，观影氛围不错
神也無法搶救的無力感 打咩！打咩！！
看到了九十岁导演对电影热情的投射，更多的是拍给自己怀念过去的，剧情挺一般
还记得曾经那个为梦想而热血沸腾的自己吗？

雖然但是⋯ 放棄理智之後便是「我在此刻需要這樣讓我又哭又笑的片子」嗚嗚 老人家們太可愛了 騙走了我不少眼淚 電影和家庭的互文 當然還是少不了「你看，蘇打也會變成這種老爺爺的！」lol 桂園子的眉眼描得太有風情了
洋次郎演技挺可爱的，也没想到北川景子竟然也能有“小津”味。整体年轻和老年的人物性格有点割裂，苏打不像是浪子的模样，几处铺垫和转折也略生硬。看到结尾虽然有些感动但还是忍不住吐槽：既然认为自己妻子不幸福但还是一直拖累对方，只是在获奖感言才表达出真心话？以及曾经拥有导演梦想的年轻人在高龄获得剧本奖后才有才华被认可的感觉？也许这是导演写给电影的一封情书吧，没有理想的人不伤心。
