The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 实在太想哭了就QAQ一看到他们聚集在房间开始我就眼泪哗哗地流，我现在还记得老友记最后几集我真的从片头哭到片尾，我想要是永远不结束就好了…好爱你们，老友记六人。
比想象的好！最吸引人的是选角的复述。不满是关于最好玩的时装秀，为什么没有火鸡装和莉亚公主金属泳装？
严格的说这是一期访谈节目，从节目本身来说没有什么亮点。但是，回忆却让人难忘，尤其是看到这六位演员已经青春不再的样子，还是感到心酸。
就知道自己一定是会对着显示屏落泪的。也许感慨得只是岁月而已。但这部剧，却是让我也改变了很多，看到了很多。虽然现实很残酷，这样的故事可能不会在生活中重现，但该剧的治愈效率不变。时间可以带走我们的容颜，也能带走我们的记忆，但留下的美好却依旧在那里。
看着那些熟悉的片段还是会笑出眼泪，可看到主角们已经斑白的双鬓和发福的身材，却又忍不住心酸。感谢那些年他们的说笑打闹，让我熬过了生命中最艰难的时光。
开头几分钟情绪就差点崩了，不是因为剧情，而是看到这几个老友，就感觉回到17年前。青春真好啊。

情怀满分，情怀满分。哭的不要不要的。但，尬意就是细细碎碎地渗透在真人之间。尤其又有当年片段的珠玉放在一边。哪里还回的去。不会再在镜头前重聚真的是太明智了。

具体感受真讲不出…看了剧自然就体会到…但在我个人看来老友记最牛逼的是 它自打诞生至今 从来就没有“过时”一说 无论是服装 笑点、价值观 就…它似乎一直在流行文化的前沿 不断吸引着人们称为它的“门徒”

我們一遍又一遍的看著他們的故事，一遍又一遍的和他們狂喜狂悲。給自己分配一個角色代入，給自己分配一個角色愛慕，跟著那個角色發瘋、犯錯、悔過、被朋友擁抱，擦乾眼淚，聳聳肩，再重新來過。
人生真的好长，长得都不知道如何去过。人生真的好短，短得和你们一起度过了十年也只是一个片段。
