The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 节奏很棒，导演处女长片 请来绿皮书主角，很喜欢男主的表现，很多未来世界的细节也很到位，没有维和和强加于人的感觉。
7.8分，节奏很慢，画面很Apple，虽然很慢，但是现实/回忆/AR交替的画面不愿意错过任何一个画面。电影有1个地方很打动我，卡梅伦回到家里和几岁的儿子有一个成年人式的道别，他吃着毛豆，眼眶都是泪。而影片总让我有一个问题：如果我有绝症，我是否会告诉我的亲人/爱人？
是很老的议题了，但是仍然好看，铺展得很细腻，演得也很有说服力

本以为剧本会讲述科技伦理或是记忆与真实的议题，最后还是用看似高概念的设定讲述了“爱”，很本真，很质朴。
一直在淡淡的节奏，偶尔露出来的抗争与激烈，其他都是平平淡淡。如果，真的有这样的一天，你会也这样看似淡淡的来做这样挣扎的决定吗，让那个非我的我成为我，融入世界，而真实的自己，安静的等待离开世界，无人知晓。
全片最有科技含量的地方就是这神乎其神的记忆移植。
