The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 想法很好，执行一塌糊涂，比《双旗镇刀客》差了不止一截。演技、台词、演员武术功底、剧本节奏控制都堪称平庸，预算受限带来的粗糙感（以坟地打斗一场戏的打光、演员鬓角的胶水为代表）也很明显
意外很不错，挺久没看到这种风味的武侠了……动作场面是真不错
动作场景节奏很慢，打起来不是很好看，妻子的演技面瘫，哭笑都是同一个表情。

打斗的一般不说，台词一点气势没有，太过苍白无力，演的比偶像剧强一点。别说跟《新龙门客栈》经典老港片比，跟《双旗镇刀客》的草莽之气也差了一大截。5
部分事件冲突设计下九流道道在这个剧里很奇怪，十分违背。
制作不算精良，但很用心，整体也有“侠”和“江湖”的味道

这个剧情如果是20年前，算是佳作。现在看的话就一般了。最后的决战勉强及格，其他打戏都还不错。尤其是坟头决斗，算得上大师级了。
第一次见这种长刀战斗。
额头刻刀致敬21 savage: issa knife，换白人来演就很俗套，黑人西部还挺新鲜的，唯一的亮点
第一场动作戏最给力，越往后越平庸。故事是那种最通俗的，对白也就三流国产剧的水准。
